How VibeClash handles copyright infringement notices and counter-notices for vibeclash.com.
Overview

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

Identification of the Infringing Material
The exact URL or game link on VibeClash where the material is located.
Contact Details
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury Statement
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If your hosted game or user content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to gdm@gfinity.net including your contact information, statement under penalty of perjury, and agreement to local court jurisdiction.
